Contract source
GET /api/developer/v1/openapi.json is authenticated. The same operation registry drives routing and OpenAPI 3.1 generation from C# request DTOs. A local exported contract is included when qualification succeeds.
Read-only scope
forge.read: context, live catalog, list owned drafts/published versions, read owned draft, inspect revision-bound validation and retrieve API contract. Catalog visibility is filtered by workspace admission.
Draft modification scope
forge.draft: create draft, add registered block, update configuration and connect ports. Each edit requires expectedRevision. No publishing, executable upload, approval, admission approval or external mutation endpoint is exposed.
Errors
401 invalid token; 403 current grant/scope denied; 404 resource outside scope or unavailable route; 409 revision/idempotency/persistence conflict; 429 quota. 400 rejects malformed contracts without echoing internal exceptions. Do not turn BLOCKED or INCOMPLETE into PASS.
