FORGE / DEVELOPER PLATFORM
Concepts & architecture
One graph. One execution platform. Several interfaces.
Preview documentation. Availability is explicit; no public API or MCP deployment is implied.
A shared service layer
Web UI and Developer API use ProcessStudioService, the canonical ForgeProcessDefinition, ProcessGraphPatchApplier and ProcessCompiler. The stdio MCP adapter forwards to the API; it does not store processes or schedule work.
Central and Nodes
Central owns process definitions, admission and placement. Nodes execute admitted capabilities with their approved identities and compatible runtime. ONLINE is not proof that a Node can run every capability.
Deployment choices
FORGE can run in cloud or customer-controlled infrastructure. Edge extends the logical Node with device capabilities and local safety controls. Voice, robotics and general autonomous learning remain roadmap work.
